The Mrodair return policy is simple, however there are several types of returns and we would like to address them here. Some of our customers, simply change their minds and some may have expectations that exceed a specific products capability. Others, may just have a hard time trying to explain to their significant others, why they purchased these products.

For this reason, we would like to offer several options, to make your shopping experience with Mrodair, more enjoyable.

 

TYPE 1

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise item in new (unused) condition, with its original packaging and any accessories in tact, for a refund, excluding shipping & handling charges (we do not refund any shipping charges).

Any return, for exchange or refund, must contain a copy of your invoice/receipt. You can either return for a refund or exchange it for a different (in stock) item.

 

TYPE 2

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise item in like new/other condition, (New condition, which may have been tested/lightly used) with its original packaging and any accessories in tact, for a refund, excluding shipping & handling charges (we do not refund any shipping charges), and items in new/other condition, will be subject to a 15% restocking/ handling fee These items may require us to resell them at a discount, as LNIB, or used/refurb/open box item at a lower price.

Any return, for exchange or refund, must contain a copy of your invoice/receipt. You can either return for a refund or exchange it for a different (in stock) item.

Items that are in any way damaged, altered, abused, modified, customized, partially disassembled or not in original packaging, with any and all accessories not in tact or arrive otherwise returned not in new, saleable condition cannot be returned.

 

 

DAMAGED OR NON FUNCTIONAL ITEMS

If you find, within 30 days of delivery, that product(s) are defective due to original factory parts or manufacturers workmanship, you may request a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number from Mrodair.com Upon the return of the merchandise, (with RMA number listed on the address label) we will do all we can to replace, repair, or substitute products. Please note all returned items are inspected. If the products are found to be not defective, or are damaged, altered, partially disassembled, or abused, modified or customized, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. We do not warranty products, for any other specific purpose.



THE GOOD NEWS



For product replacement or exchange due to defect (non working items only), we will cover shipping costs for returning the defective item and send the replacement item or parts at no additional cost (ground shipping only). Any product (functional defect) related return, for exchange or refund, must contain a copy of your invoice/receipt, and any such item must be in new condition, with its original packaging and any and all accessories in tact.

Any requests for an upgrade in shipping time on replacement items will be charged to the customer. If you wish to receive a refund instead of an exchange, shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

After 30 days from delivery date, please contact us or the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement issues, as some products may be covered under their product warranty. Mrodair must authorize all merchandise returns.

No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Customers will be held liable and no refund will be issued for any merchandise that is returned without a RMA number. Please be sure, to contact us before you return any item, to receive an RMA number. .

 

OTHER RELATED ISSUES

Occasionally, parcels are damaged it transit. It is just a fact of life. We send all items (over 250.00USD) insured, and carefully double boxed, (as per the terms of the shippers insurance) with adult signature required.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact the shipper promptly, and have the packaging information available for them.

Unfortunately, there are those who would take it upon themselves to knowingly disregard the laws of our great country, as well as state and local authority, to unduly enrich themselves, and/or endanger others. Any item returned to us for non delivery, or any delivery that is returned due to restriction by law, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus any shipping costs. Any item that is seized, due to legal issues from the address you have submitted as a ship to address will not be refunded.
